Terms and Condition
- Affiliate commission ranges from 43% to 53%, depending on your weekly active players and their net losses.
- To qualify for commission calculation, affiliates must have at least 3 active players each week.
- A minimum of 3 active players is required per commission cycle to be eligible for commission withdrawal.
- An active player is defined as a referred player who has at least ₱1,000 valid turnover within the weekly commission cycle.
- Commissions are calculated on a weekly basis.
- 16% of the player’s profit and loss will be deducted as operation and admin cost.
- Apart from meeting the required number of active players stated in the commission table, affiliates must also ensure that all referred players are genuine active players of PANALOBET. PANALOBET reserves the right to audit the quality and activity of every referred player. If the referred players fail to meet PANALOBET’s standards, the related commission may not be paid out.
- If an affiliate fails to continuously promote the Site, including but not limited to having no new sign-ups, no valid promotional activity, or removing PANALOBET banners or promotional materials from the affiliate site or channel, this may be deemed as a breach of contract. PANALOBET reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and any further claims on future revenue share shall be deemed waived.
- Deduction of payments: If referred players are involved in collusion, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or any other suspicious behavior, PANALOBET Affiliate Program management reserves the right to deduct the related amount from the affiliate’s revenue share, withhold the affected commission, or remove the player’s account from the affiliate’s referred player record.
- Commission settlement is processed every Wednesday, and commissions will be issued before 18:00 PM (GMT+8).
- If the account is in the negative, meaning customer winnings exceed customer losses, the negative amount will be carried over into the following week(s). Revenue Share will be based on PANALOBET’s calculation and statistics. Negative commission balances will be deducted from available commissions.
- All amounts earned under the Agreement are exclusive of all charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises, or tariffs. Such charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises, or tariffs shall be borne by the affiliate at the prevailing rate at the time the revenue share is paid. For the avoidance of doubt, the affiliate shall be solely responsible for any taxes imposed on the revenue share by the relevant tax authority in the jurisdiction where the affiliate is domiciled for income tax purposes. If PANALOBET is required to withhold any tax payable by the affiliate under any applicable jurisdiction, the affiliate shall remain solely responsible for such tax and shall not be entitled to recover any such tax from PANALOBET.
